Delivery： Ask the vendor to ship the chair and battery as two separate packages to reduce the cost of shipment.   They both can be delivered with 1.5 month.  Be proactive and track the shipments.  The big wheelchair package was delivered on time, as expected.  The shipping company experienced a delay with the processing of the battery as a controlled cargo through customs on my end. Quality： Industrial Service： The service was excellent. Design： Relatively simple, in terms of assembly and usage.  The paper manual is basic.  A picture with labels, and a brief description may be useful, where there is a timezone difference.  Otherwise, you can contact the vendor for a short instructional video. Overall, I found the vendor to be honest and I was happy with the service.  More importantly, the product is functional.
